We always get asked why we chose the name "Forty Two"& we'd love to tell you a mini story as to why.

When we decided to start an event production company, we wanted to choose a name that truly defined our personalities & passions… Tech-Heads on a mission. So it was only natural to choose the name "Forty Two Event Production," referencing the book “The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy” where it is believed that everything comes back to the number 42 & that “Forty Two is the answer to life, the universe and everything.”

Quickly learning that every client has a different vision, budget & needs for their event, it was clear that to be successful, our mantra needed to be much like that of the Hitchhikers Guide: Be the Answer to Everything for our clients.

Almost 12 years later, our dedicated team of full time employees & solid industry relationships make coming to work every day worthwhile & full of purpose.

The Event Producer will sit down & go over the details of your event from start to finish. During your consultation, you’ll discuss the vision for enhancing your event, what is possible within your budget & a timeline of what to expect.


Now we take the details supplied by the Event Producer & transform the clients vision to an actionable, technical plan within their scope & budget.

Production Management

Bringing design to reality, we have a depth of event production knowledge & leadership skills. This is put to use on every event big or small to make your event THE event!

Technical Production

Masters of our craft whether it be audio, video, lighting or stage craft. This is where we take your vision & bring it to life!
